Worthington's Monroe facility opened in 1976 and has been serving the community for nearly 50 years. Our employees are actively involved with local organizations to help those in need and are passionate about giving back to the community.

Adopt A Class

We are a mentor for the Adopt A Class program, a non-profit organization serving students in the Greater Cincinnati area to provide a breadth of life and career experiences. Each month, we host a classroom from an underserved area. Our employees show students around the facility and talk about manufacturing in an effort to help them become career and future ready.

Our facility hosts Manufacturing Day to welcome seniors from local schools and teach them about the industry. Our employees show the students around the shop floor, where they learn the basics of steel processing.
