Worthington Industries to Webcast Discussion of Fourth Quarter 2021 Results on June 24

COLUMBUS, Ohio, June 2, 2021 --- Worthington Industries, Inc. (NYSE:WOR) plans to release its
fourth quarter results before the market opens on Thursday, June 24, 2021. The Company will
webcast a live discussion of these results at 9:30 a.m. ET that morning. The webcast will be
available at www.WorthingtonIndustries.com and will be archived for one year.
