Kerrii B. Anderson
Kerrii B. Anderson has been a private investor and professional board advisor since September 2008. Prior to that time, she served as chief executive officer, president and a member of the board of directors of Wendy's International, Inc., from November 2006 until September 2008 when that company merged with Triarc Companies, Inc. to form Wendy's/Arby's Group, Inc.
She served as Wendy's interim chief executive officer and president from April to November 2006 and as its executive vice president and chief financial officer from 2000 to 2006. From 1987 to 2000, Anderson served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of M/I Schottenstein Homes, Inc. (now known as M/I Homes, Inc.), a builder of single-family homes.
In addition to Worthington, Anderson also serves as director of Chiquita Brands International (NYSE: CQB), Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings (NYSE: LH), and P. F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. (NASDAQ: PFCB), and on the Finance Committee of The Columbus Foundation and OhioHealth Corporation.
Anderson is a Certified Public Accountant; she received her Bachelor's degree in accounting and business administration from Elon College, in Elon, N.C. and her Master of Business Administration from Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, Durham, N.C.
