Worthington Industries is seeking students interested in entering our training programs in Operations Management, Sales/Marketing or Metallurgy. Our Operations Management, Sales/Marketing and Metallurgy Training Programs will prepare students for careers at Worthington Industries in such areas as Operations Management, Human Resources, Logistics, Maintenance, Purchasing, Production Scheduling, Marketing Management, Inside Sales, Outside Sales and Metallurgy.
Starting salary for all trainees will be very competitive with cash profit sharing and an exceptional company paid benefit program.
